The strains having full set of LuxCDABEG and ScrRAKB were selected for phyologenetic analysis. V. vulnificus ATCC 43382 served as outgroup for bioluminescence and V. alginolyticus ATCC 17749 for ScrRAKB clustering. Strains sequenced in the present study has been shown in blue color. Bootstrap value of more than 0.75 has been shown as star. Increasing size of star indicates higher bootstrap value. The tree was visualized and annotated using iTOL.
